B2C Data Analyst (f/m/d)

• Deliver data and collaborate with B2C stakeholders such as Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, CX, Digital, and Data Teams.
• Support the data transformation journey towards becoming a data-driven company and promote data-based decision-making in the B2C area.
• Clarify and define analytics and reporting requirements, prepare dashboards and reports for visualization, and identify areas for improvement.
• Establish clear and effective communication structures between B2C and Data Teams.
• Coordinate data projects from a B2C perspective and ensure that provided information meets departmental requirements.

• You already have experience as a Data Analyst, preferably from fields like Telecommunication, Banking, Finance, or IT?
• You have a passion for data & KPI‘s (data analysis & data visualization) and experience with SQL, Python and Tableau or Power BI?
• You have an independent way of thinking, like to develop yourself further in your professional career and all that in fluent English (C1/C2) & basic German?
