Content Moderator - German Speaking
Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Your Role:
As a Junior Content Moderator, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that users have a safe, enjoyable, and positive experience across a leading digital platform. Your key responsibility will be to moderate user-generated content, ensuring it complies with the platform’s community guidelines and quality standards. You will be essential in maintaining the integrity of the platform, identifying harmful, inappropriate, or offensive content, and removing it to create a welcoming environment for all users.

You will:

• Review and moderate content across digital platforms to ensure it meets established community guidelines
• Actively identify and flag inappropriate, harmful, or non-compliant content
• Collaborate with a multicultural team, exchanging ideas and working together to optimize processes and improve user experience
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while processing large volumes of content
• Adapt to a rotating shifts schedule to ensure that content moderation is ongoing and that the platform remains safe at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in German (native or C2 level) is a must
• Intermediate English proficiency to communicate with team members
• Ability to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
