Job Description

INTERNATIONAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

As a Graduate in our team, you'll dive into the fast-growing and complex world of key account management. You'll help support Red Bull countries with channel strategy, execution and overall structure. Your journey starts with onboarding in the field, followed by supporting our HQ teams. You'll analyse sales and shopper data, develop conceptual sales pitches, organize meetings, and support the annual planning process. You'll also work independently on special projects in category and omnichannel sales management. With strong coaching and training, you'll gain broad experience across sales channels and have a high chance to grow into key roles within our department.

INTERNATIONAL REVENUE MANAGEMENT

In our Revenue Management team, you'll join our newest commercial function, playing a critical role in navigating pricing and profitability challenges. You will develop a deep understanding of Revenue Management and enhance collaboration between Sales, Finance, and Marketing. Your key responsibilities will include running data analysis to translate findings into actionable insights, diving into market dynamics and pricing strategies to uncover revenue opportunities, supporting trade term optimization, and conducting follow-up analysis on price increases. Additionally, you'll work with test markets to implement wholesale compensation pilots. This position offers a comprehensive exposure to all aspects of Revenue Management, preparing you for future leadership roles.

INTERNATIONAL ON PREMISE POS MANAGEMENT

As a POS Management Graduate, you'll play a key role in supporting our HQ team's growing needs. You'll contribute to expanding activation strategies and enhancing the efficiency and impact of POS tools worldwide. Your responsibilities include analyzing marketing data to ensure fact-based decisions, streamlining operational processes, and gathering valuable insights on POS tool performance. You will also bring fresh perspectives to elevate our POS management and support sustainability initiatives. This hands-on experience will prepare you for future roles within the organization. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help develop strategies, analyze global sales performance, and optimize internal procedures, setting the foundation for your career growth.

OFF PREMISE KEY ACCOUNT FOR RED BULL AUSTRIA

Become a vital part of our dynamic Austrian team, where you'll immerse yourself in various off-premise departments, gaining invaluable business insights and building a powerful internal network. Your journey will see you engaging with national key accounts, supporting Key Account Managers with crucial customer management tasks such as annual meetings, listing negotiations, and promotional planning. In this role, you'll also take charge of operational and administrative responsibilities within the customer portfolio and manage your own smaller retail accounts. You'll spearhead and contribute to cross-functional projects that span Sales, Trade Marketing, and Operations, leveraging your analytical skills to transform internal and external data into actionable insights. Your contributions will culminate in the creation of compelling, data-driven customer presentations and conceptual sells. Fluency in German is essential, as you'll be collaborating closely with our diverse team and clients. Qualifications

You’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by July 2025.

You’ve gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.

You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.

Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Program in Austria. For some positions, German language skills are necessary, and additional language skills are always considered as an advantage.
