Job DescriptionMOTORSPORTS MARKETING 2-WHEEL
Motorsports Marketing stands as one of the most exhilarating and dynamic arenas within the Red Bull ecosystem, characterized by its rapid pace and ever-changing landscape. Particularly in the 2-Wheel sector, Red Bull's engagement spans a diverse array of disciplines and age categories, from nurturing emerging talent to supporting some of the world's top-performing athletes. As a Graduate in this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Motorsports department with a wide range of administrative, organizational, and operational tasks for both local and global 2-wheel motorsports events and projects. Additionally, you will assist with broader marketing functions, including internal communication and representation. Your contributions will involve enhancing new ways of working, streamlining processes, and maintaining close alignment with Red Bull markets to foster strong internal relationships. Ensuring that all motorsports activities meet high standards and adhere to internal requirements such as reporting data and sustainability efforts will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
MOTORSPORTS MEDIA & MARKETING – 4-WHEEL
Motorsports Marketing is a vibrant department that intersects with the manufacturing industry, the UK's technological sector, the global sponsorship arena, and works with the latest trends in competitive auto racing. As a Graduate in this role, you will support the Motorsports department with a variety of administrative, organizational, and operational tasks for global motorsports events and projects. You will play a key role in identifying new trends, providing fresh insights, and contributing to creative marketing strategies. Additionally, you will support the introduction of new processes, enhance collaboration with Red Bull markets, and strengthen internal relationships, particularly around all or Red Bull’s 4-wheels teams (including F1, NASCAR, Super Formula, Drifting, Go Karting). This role offers exposure to diverse functions within our unique marketing mix and focuses on positioning Red Bull Racing as a premier brand asset.
SPORTS EVENT MARKETING
In a landscape that prioritizes quality over quantity and thrives on competitiveness and innovation, we are looking to strengthen our global Event Marketing team by bringing on a dedicated Graduate. Our aim is to better serve our countries by dedicating more time and resources to the meaningful development of our globally driven events and series. As a Graduate in this role, you will gain comprehensive experience in Event Marketing by supporting individual global projects at various levels. You will develop into an Event Marketing expert within the HQ team, contributing to a common understanding and supporting the evaluation and management of our event portfolio. By familiarizing yourself with internal processes and proactively understanding Red Bull’s 360° marketing approach within event projects, you will handle your own projects and play a key role in enhancing our global event marketing efforts.
FITNESS – MEDIA NETWORK
"Fitness" is an exciting new playground for Red Bull, ready for significant development in the coming years. As a Graduate in this strategic position, you'll play a key role in scaling the structure and supporting the initiative. You'll work closely with the team, building foundational relationships with the Red Bull teams in the countries, third parties, and peer areas, setting the stage for future expansion. Your responsibilities will include supporting communication topics, relationship-building with the Red Bull teams in the countries, conducting research and preparing presentations, and managing and coordinating external communications and social media resources. Additionally, you'll support relationships with external stakeholders such as creators and third-party events, and be onsite at selected events and projects to assist with execution. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of Red Bull's fitness initiatives and develop valuable skills in a dynamic environment.
CREATOR MARKETING
Creator Marketing is an ever-evolving field, especially when it comes to engaging the EPC (Emerging Platform Consumers) audience, who are at the forefront of discovering and driving new trends online. To stay ahead in this dynamic landscape, it's crucial to have a team member who not only understands these trends but is also part of the EPC demographic. As a graduate in this role, you'll bring fresh perspectives and firsthand experience, helping us stay connected and relevant to our target audience. This role is essential for bridging the gap between our brand and the rapidly changing interests of our consumers. You will be involved in planning creator projects, such as experiences, events, and content shoots, and providing onsite support by hosting creators at events or activations. Building and maintaining relationships with new creators will be a key part of your role, as well as supporting the setup of tools and guidelines. Additionally, you will create project reports and align with markets on best practices, ensuring that our creator marketing strategies remain effective and innovative.
LIVE CONTENTS, CONTENT DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
As a Graduate in this role, you'll help the Live Content, Production Management, and Content Development departments to stay agile and drive innovative projects alongside their day-to-day operations. Your key task will be to question the status quo and continually improve Red Bull’s content productions. You will support producers with in-depth research, prepare concept decks, liaise with production partners, and gain a deep understanding of storytelling. This is your chance to contribute to cutting-edge content creation and develop a comprehensive skill set in media production.
PARTNERSHIPS RED BULL AUSTRIA
In recent years, the responsibilities of the partnerships team at Red Bull have expanded significantly. Besides managing partnerships and increasing income targets, the department oversees sales operations for The Red Bulletin and marketing activities for Red Bull Mobile in Austria. As a graduate, you will help distribute the workload, bring outsourced tasks in-house, and develop talent for strategic succession planning. You will engage in various sales tasks, such as identifying potential partner brands, creating sales materials (offers, presentations, contracts), and developing creative partner integration opportunities with project managers. Additionally, you will create post-event reports to evaluate partnership success. Your operative tasks will include implementing partnership portfolios, collaborating with partners for mutually beneficial outcomes, and ensuring ideal internal alignment. On the administrative side, you will handle invoicing, prepare internal presentations, and create reports and analyses. This role offers comprehensive experience in partnership management, sales operations, and marketing, preparing you for a strategic role within the organization. Speaking German is mandatory for this role.
SPORTS MARKETING RED BULL AUSTRIA
The Sport Event Marketing portfolio at Red Bull Austria has grown significantly over the past two years, driven by increased complexity in partnership management, sustainability, and data privacy regulations, as well as the addition of major international projects like the Hahnenkamm Race and Red Bull Bassline. Our event portfolio has also expanded with higher targets, such as the Wings for Life World Run. To manage these responsibilities, we are looking to integrate a Graduate into our Austrian Event Marketing Team. In this role, you will organize regional Red Bull sport events, implement event sponsorships and partnerships, and develop innovative branding strategies. You will support national highlight events, handle back-office tasks such as reporting and budget coordination, and create marketing campaigns to promote sport events. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in sport event marketing and contribute to the success of Red Bull’s dynamic event portfolio. Speaking German is mandatory for this role.
QualificationsYou’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by July 2025.
You’ve gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.
You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.
Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Programme in Austria. For some positions, German language skills are necessary, and additional language skills are always considered as an advantage.
