Development: You’ll Give Wiiings to our employees and candidates through global, scalable initiatives and tools that help people develop self-awareness, drive their career and have a great experience at work.
Innovation and solution design: In collaboration with our colleagues across the business you’ll develop new trainings, tools and programs that help us to hire great people, realize their talents and keep them. An interest in AI and/or the latest tech trends is a plus.
Research: You have a keen interest in Talent topics, and the psychological theory which underpins them. Together with experts and opinion leaders you’ll conduct evidence-based research to enhance the credibility of our solutions and ensure they have maximum impact.
Communication: You’ll have the opportunity to express complex ideas through simple language in order to capture attention and engage people with no prior understanding of Talent topics. You will also partner with other departments and regions to roll out and implement global Talent solutions by driving adoption and building relationships across the organisation.
QualificationsYou’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Business Psychology or similar by July 2025.
You’ve gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.
You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.
Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Programme in Austria. For some positions, German language skills are necessary, and additional language skills are always considered as an advantage.
