Job DescriptionSUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING
As a Global Supply Chain Planning Graduate, you will be at the heart of Red Bull’s global volume planning processes playing a vital role in further evolving our global sales & operations planning process for over 160 markets. This is your chance to use your strong analytical mindset and your constant strive for innovation in order to make a difference on a global scale. The young and diverse team will support you to unleash your full potential by helping you to develop an in-depth understanding of all global and local supply chain planning processes at Red Bull. Collaborating with many different departments at headquarters, regional offices and local organizations will let you grow successfully. Be prepared to tackle complex planning challenges that require innovative solutions. INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS
In our International Logistics team, you'll face numerous challenges and opportunities to make a strategic impact within the supply chain setup. We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong analytical skills and effective communication. You will introduce new ideas and fresh perspectives, staying up-to-date with the latest supply chain trends and technologies. Your critical thinking will foster discussions and drive results for Red Bull. You'll start by collaborating cross-functionally with different teams, facilitating communication between headquarters and various country organizations. You'll dive deep into distribution strategies, analyzing potential opportunities to improve efficiency. Mapping existing processes and recommending enhancements to our order-to-cash process will be key tasks. Additionally, you'll oversee project management, ensuring timely and within-scope completion while managing stakeholder communication. This role offers a natural progression of tasks and responsibilities, fostering a long-term journey and commitment to Red Bull within the International Logistics department.
QualificationsYou’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Applications with a focus on Logistics, Supply Chain Management or similar or similar by July 2025.
You’ve gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.
You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.
Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Program in Austria. For some positions, German language skills are necessary, and additional language skills are always considered as an advantage
