Job Description

VISIT PROCUREMENT

As a Point of Sale Products (Visibility Items) Graduate, you'll play a vital role in raising brand awareness and driving our sales activities while contributing to Red Bull's strategic goal of reducing our corporate carbon footprint (CCF) to achieve NetZero commitment. Your interest in design, development, and sustainability will bring fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to product design and improvements.

Your main responsibilities will be to support sustainability efforts for product improvements and new developments working closely with Product Managers, and scouting new sustainable materials and technologies. You will keep up with legislative changes around CSRD and POS product categories in general, support with data and reporting topics, assist in sustainability trainings and benchmark costs for sustainability initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your interests in design, innovation and sustainability to make a big impact on our environmental goals.

PACKAGING PROCUREMENT

As a Secondary Packaging Procurement Analyst Graduate in the Beverage Procurement Department, you'll play a key role in supporting our procurement and sustainability initiatives. Your passion for data analysis and procurement, along with your expertise in Excel and similar applications, will be essential in this role. You will engage in all phases of procurement, from category market research to supplier management, price comparisons, and negotiations.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting tenders, conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and comparing price offers and price index movements. You will assist in various procurement activities such as business planning, the ordering process, supplier management, and developing procurement strategies. Additionally, you will communicate with Red Bull Co-Packers and suppliers and support projects related to sustainability in secondary packaging. This role offers a comprehensive experience in procurement, preparing you for future opportunities within the field.

Qualifications

You’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by July 2025.

You’ve gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.

You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.

Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Program in Austria. For some positions, German language skills are necessary, and additional language skills are always considered as an advantage

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,303 gross per month.
