Job DescriptionLEGAL OPERATIONS
The Graduate Program offers you a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Legal Operations. In this role, you'll support the Legal Department's digitalization and project management initiatives, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality data management. You'll leverage your potential to contribute and grow within the
organization. Your key responsibilities will include supporting digitalization projects by implementing and rolling out digital tools, assisting in project management by defining project scope and maintaining schedules, facilitating knowledge management through training materials and intranet presence, providing operational support for legal
applications, and ensuring data quality and accurate reporting. This position provides a dynamic environment for your professional development and collaboration.
QualificationsYou’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by July 2025.
You’ve gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or
beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.
You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.
Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Program in Austria. For some positions, German language skills are necessary, and additional language skills are always considered as an advantage.
