You are a passionate digital marketer who can successfully juggle big-picture thinking with in-depth analysis and careful attention to detail. You have extensive experience in lead generation, user journey, content creation, digital marketing, customer journey optimization. You don’t shy off in building and testing different strategies. You are full of ideas and would love to build a successful marketing strategy for an amazing product. You like playgrounds with lots of room for your ideas. You are pragmatic, easy going and solutions-oriented, hands-on and focus 100% on how to deliver. You take ownership of your opportunities. You are numbers driven and KPI focussed. • Lead generation via any channel that you show works (digital ads, content marketing, SEO, podcasts, partnerships)

• Complete responsibility over customer journey, from landing page to conversion

• Budget and KPI responsibility

• Brand building & partnerships

• Anything digital marketing related that helps us become the leading FP&A tool in Germany

• Native German and professional level of English

• Strong communication skills

• + 5 years of experience in digital marketing & lead generation

• You are skilled in experimenting and testing different marketing tools

• Numbers driven and detail oriented

• Good time management, resilient and result driven

• Creative & fun content marketing and growth hacking

• Ability to work independently with outstanding ownership

• Hard working, structured and reliable

• Roll-up sleeves and get things done attitude

• You are not a marketing diva, but down to earth and a team player

• Hands-on delivery of marketing goals, by iterating and pushing different campaign strategies and the team

• Knowledgeable about how to unlock value and efficiency via HubSpot, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, UserGuiding, Social Media
