Tasks As a Provider Manager, you will manage and coordinate external software service providers, particularly in the areas of asset optimization, energy trading and risk management solutions, as well as external data providers for forecasts and market data. You will be responsible for the contractual agreements, monitoring and further development of the services to ensure continuous service provision in accordance with the agreed quality standards, SLAs and budgets. As part of IT service integration, you will ensure the efficient integration of external providers into the existing IT architecture and business processes. Requirements You have a successfully completed FH / Bachelor's degree in business informatics, computer science or a comparable field or a comparable qualification. You already have several years of professional experience in managing external service providers and in designing and monitoring service level agreements (SLAs). Ideally, you also have basic knowledge of energy trading. You have a high level of problem-solving skills and you like to make your own decisions after careful consideration.
