You are part of a friendly team and have contact with our employees and guests. You take on responsibility and are used to working independently. Configuring hardware and operating systems is just as much a part of your job as monitoring security standards and supporting our employees with IT-specific issues.
This is what your day looks like:
- Independently carry out regular maintenance, monitoring and servicing work in various hardware and software environments
- Setting up new workstations and installing user software
- Repair, maintenance, servicing, support, distribution and upgrading of all hardware within the scope of the warranty provisions and manufacturer specifications
- Monitoring compliance with internal company and industry IT standards
- Server and network administration
- Backup support
- 1st level support for our employees
- Troubleshooting and solving technical problems in connection with the IT infrastructure
- Collaboration in various internal IT projects.
- Creating and updating operating manuals and documentation
- Supporting the implementation and monitoring of IT-related company guidelines and standards
- Representing the IT manager during absences
This is what we want from you:
- Completed training in the IT sector
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Knowledge in the configuration and administration of networks
- System administration and cybersecurity
- IT support and troubleshooting
- Experience with helpdesk software and remote support tools
- Professional appearance and good manners
- Stress resistant
- Quick comprehension and willingness to learn
- Able to solve problems
- In addition, we expect good communication skills, flexibility, quality awareness, an understanding of the hotel industry and a willingness to take on daily challenges.

The gross monthly salary for this position is from 2,500 (full-time basis). Willingness to overpay depends on experience and qualifications.
