B2C Market Manager:in Portfolio & Pricing (w/m/d)

• Develop and implement the marketing strategy for consumer core products (mobile, broadband, TV) further, with a focus on product design, pricing, and positioning to drive sustainable growth.
• Design and execute promotions and seasonal campaigns (ATL & BTL) based on sales feedback, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Create concrete portfolio proposals (front/back book), align with top management, and ensure timely configuration.
• Analyze portfolio and promotion impacts on the customer base and P&L, developing revenue impact analyses in collaboration with Controlling.
• Monitor competitive activities in the Austrian market, update competitor insights regularly, and conduct war-gaming for strategic development.

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Market Manager, and a backround of studies like marketing, controlling, or a technical field, combined with advanced project management skills and a strategic mindset?
• You are an expert in communication and collaboration, thriving in cross-functional teams while driving initiatives with confidence and clarity?
• You have business-fluent German and English skills, enabling you to negotiate effectively and align with stakeholders at all levels?
