OVERVIEW
As our Customer Care Content Intern you will support the Customer Care Team in enhancing and maintaining our Knowledge Base for our valued customers. With a strong focus on content creation and refinement, you will play a vital role in improving the customer experience. The ideal candidate has a passion for clear communication, problem-solving, and a keen interest in digital tools and customer support. Through onboarding and training by our experienced team, you will quickly take on responsibilities, manage your own projects, and contribute to our mission: "Makes Sports Happen"
Full time: 35 hours/week with every second Friday off!

YOUR TASKS
- Revise and enhance articles, FAQs, and guides in our Knowledge Base to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance for our customers.
- Research and develop customer-focused content that addresses common questions, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and provides a seamless customer experience.
- Optimize Knowledge Base articles for usability and discoverability, making it easy for customers to find the information they need.
- Collaborate with the Customer Care Team to identify gaps in the Knowledge Base and develop new content to address them.
- Proofread and edit content to maintain high standards of grammar, spelling, and formatting.
- Monitor customer feedback and analyze content performance to continuously improve the Knowledge Base and enhance customer satisfaction
YOUR PROFILE
- Fluency in German (written and spoken), strong English language skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Other languages (French, Dutch or Spanish) are considered a plus
- You are ideally studying in the field of Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
- Previous experience customer-facing or content-related roles are considered a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as a part of a team
- Any of course, you have a big passion for sports!
