Deputy Information Security Officer (m/f/d) Full-time, permanent, Wiesloch near Heidelberg, Risk Management, MLP Banking AG, to be filled immediately Are you solution-oriented? Do you like responsibility? #likeyou Together with the Information Security Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the security and integrity of our data and systems. You will support MLP Banking AG and the MLP Financial Holding Group in all matters relating to information security and act as deputy officer in accordance with DORA (previously BAIT). With your expertise, you will help shape and implement our information security strategy to ensure the protection of our sensitive data and proactively manage risks related to information and communication technology. What you do with us: You monitor the information security organization and procedures at Group level and are responsible for the creation and implementation of information security concepts and the further development of reporting You handle information security incidents and establish response and decision-making capabilities Based on the analysis and assessment of ICT risks, you derive risk-oriented protective measures and follow up on their implementation You carry out IT risk analyses and security investigations and support the implementation of the resulting measures You are a competent contact person for all information security issues for the management, specialist departments of our Group companies and third parties What convinces us: A degree in computer science or a related field of study You have several years of professional experience in information or IT security, ideally in the financial services industry You have qualifications in security management (e.g. CISM, CISSP, CIS) You have in-depth knowledge of information/IT security and regulatory requirements (especially DORA and BAIT) You also have knowledge of system architectures, networks and IT security systems You are characterized by personal responsibility, diligence and strategic thinking and action You are fluent in German and impress with your excellent communication skills across all hierarchical levels You have practical experience in program/project management Our benefits Working time accounts Collegial atmosphere Diverse further training Family-friendly working environment Flexible working hours, mobile working and home office Company pension scheme Pension scheme, shopping card More information MLP has been your partner in all financial matters since 1971 - from old-age provision, insurance and wealth management to financing, real estate brokerage and banking.
