Deine zukünftige Rolle:•Du betreust unsere Mietwagenflotte und den dir zugewiesenen Kund*innenstamm mit deinem Fachwissen •Du pflegst dein Netzwerk und hast Spaß dabei dein Kund*innenportfolio weiter auszubauen •Du kennst die Autobranche und berätst mit Liebe zum Detail bei der Fahrzeugauswahl•Du administrierst und verwaltest den Mietprozess End2End •Du implementierst zusammen mit unserem dynamischen Team neue Prozesse•Mit deinen kreativen Lösungsansätzen sorgst du für Effizienz in den AbläufenDas bringt dich in die Poleposition:
•Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich•Du konntest bereits 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kund*innenbetreuung sammeln •Vorerfahrung in der Automobilbranche von Vorteil •Du bist bestens vertraut mit dem MS Office Paket•Du hast ein freundliches und kompetentes Auftreten•Du bestichst mit deiner Kommunikationsfähigkeit und deiner gelebten Hands-On-Mentalität •Du arbeitest selbständig und bist ein*e Teamplayer*in•Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute EnglischkenntnisseFür diese Position bieten wir ein Mindest-gehalt von € 40.600,00 brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
