Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n MitarbeiterIn Customer Service (38,5 h/Woche)

Ihr Arbeitstag

• Aktive Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden telefonisch, per Mail und per Salesforce
• Datenwartung und Datensystempflege
• Koordination der Kundenflotten
• Verantwortung der kompletten Fahrzeugflotte
• Erstellung von Reportings nach Kundenanforderung
• Verwaltung von Leasingobjekten
• Kalkulationen und Rekalkulationen

Ihr Profil

• Kaufmännische/technische Ausbildung (HTL/HAK)
• Ca. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, bevorzugt in der Automobil- oder Versicherungsbranche
• Ausgezeichnete Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Ausgezeichnete MS Office Kenntnisse
• Erfahrung mit Salesforce (Ticketsystem OCM) und AS 400
• Kundenorientierung als Leitsatz
• Fähigkeit viele Aufgaben parallel bearbeiten zu können
• Teamfähigkeit, Hands-on Mentalität
• Sie verlieren nie den Überblick und die Ruhe in intensiven Zeiten
