We’re building a workplace where exceptional talent thrives, and this role is integral to that vision.
Your 12-month journey:
During the first 3 months: Establish yourself as the first point of contact for employees in Germany and Austria, manage onboarding and offboarding, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

After 1 year: Lead impactful People Team projects, optimize HR operations across DACH, and drive continuous improvements in employee experience.
What you’ll be doing:
Serve as the first point of contact for employees in Germany and Austria on benefits, leave, payroll, policies, and more.
Build and adapt policies, contracts, benefits and processes for Austria, ensuring compliance and alignment with local regulations.
Take ownership of the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring every team member has a seamless and stellar experience.
Collaborate regularly with the DACH General Manager, the People Team, and external stakeholders to address employment-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
Support various office management tasks in our newly established Vienna office as needed.
Manage and oversee the monthly Austrian and German payroll cycles.
Own and execute HR administration, including contracts, addendums, personnel administration, and probation periods.
Lead and participate in impactful People Team projects to enhance team operations and employee experience.
Proactively identify inefficiencies and implement innovative solutions to elevate operational excellence across the DACH region.
What you’ll bring to the team:
+4 years of work experience in Austria as a People Operations, HR Coordinator, or similar role.
Live within a commutable distance of Vienna, and be willing to come to the office 3 days a week.
Solid understanding of Austrian employment law and payroll processes.
Knowledge of German employment law payroll processes.
Excellent command of German and English language, written and spoken.
A proactive and positive mindset.
