ABOUT THE ROLEIn this role, you are end-to-end responsible for the execution and performance of the online channel including Paid Media, CRM, and E-commerce. You are ensuring the achievement of our online sales targets, reinforcement of our global digital strategy as well as alignment of all channels and campaigns to deliver measurable business results.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Development and Implementation of Digital Strategies: You craft strategic plans with a results-oriented approach, covering end-to-end website and e-commerce management. You design and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance the brand's reach and expand its online footprint.
- Performance and Growth Optimization: By leveraging analytics and KPIs, you continuously refine strategies to maximize ROI, ensuring sales goals are achieved and year-over-year growth is realized.
- E-Commerce Management: You consistently optimize the e-commerce platform, ensuring an exceptional customer experience that drives conversions and fosters customer loyalty.
- Paid Media Strategy: You execute paid advertising strategies to generate high-quality traffic, expand brand visibility, and achieve a positive return on investment.
- Mailing and CRM Strategy: You implement email marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) strategies that foster customer loyalty and retention while attracting new audiences with tailored, impactful communication.
- P&L Responsibility of the BRUNA Online Channel: You oversee the P&L for the BRUNA online channel, ensuring financial accountability and profitability.
- Hands-On Execution in All Online Areas: You actively manage and execute tasks across all online responsibilities, ensuring smooth operation and high-impact results.
Supervising External Partners: You manage all external parties, including freelancers and agencies, evaluating their success and ensuring we work with the best possible collaborators for the online channel execution. - Performance Measurement and Reporting: You measure, analyze, and report the performance of marketing campaigns and their incremental impact on overall business goals.
- Team Deliverables Management: You effectively manage deliverables for the entire team, ensuring that the prioritized work is well-planned, valuable, and aligned with company goals.
YOUR BACKGROUND- Experience: Strong track record with proven success in consistently exceeding KPIs in a similar online role within a fast-growing business. Extensive experience with e-commerce tools like Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Meta, and more.
- Customer-centered: You always have the customer in mind and ensure they experience an outstanding user journey.
- Data-driven mindset: Extracting, cleaning, and managing data to produce and analyze online reports comes naturally to you. You understand and apply the power of data in everything you do.
- Flexibility: You prioritize tasks and plan, schedule, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and targets. You quickly respond to changes in the business environment and make adjustments to meet organizational goals
- Communication skills: You communicate clearly and know how to liaise with different stakeholders. This helps you to build strong relationships and maximize your output effectively.
