The division Group Finance & HR Solutions takes care of digitalizing the business processes in areas of accounting, financial consolidation, taxes, and people & culture.

Our team operates across Austria, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic, serving all Erste Group countries in Finance and HR. We support projects from initial planning through implementation and stabilization, including bug fixing. Our division offers growth opportunities in various career paths, alongside managing the licenses in our portfolio.

What to do:

As an SAP License Portfolio Expert, you will develop and execute an SAP portfolio management strategy that aligns with business objectives while optimizing costs. This involves managing contracts, budgets, and service level agreements with SAP vendors, conducting regular portfolio audits, and communicating progress and risks to key stakeholders.

Ideal candidate has an in-depth knowledge of the SAP product suite and extensive experience in license management, portfolio development, and vendor management. Your skills in contractual discussions with SAP help ERSTE DIGITAL optimize its license portfolio and achieve financial benefits.

You check these boxes:

* Minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP portfolio and license management, including ECC, HANA, S/4HANA, and SuccessFactors.
* Strong understanding of SAP licensing models and contracts.
* Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
* Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Work onsite in Bratislava with regular travel to Vienna (remote work if feasible).
* Professional level of English required.
* Part-time (20+ hours per week) or Full-time availability

* A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 53.802,-- gross per year.
