Your mission

As our Mid-Market Account Manager at Prewave, you will…

  • Develop and maintain relationships with an assigned portfolio of customers to ensure long-term growth and profitability
  • Be an expert on the main (LKsG, Resilience) and newest (EUDR, EUBR) products Prewave can offer to our customers. Be able to confidently talk about the different ESG regulations that may apply to customers, what customers are required to do, what Prewave offers and how that compares with alternative solutions in the market
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay informed of industry developments and adjust account strategies as necessary
  • Own the sales process end-to-end. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for the assigned portfolio. Take ownership of those opportunities by qualifying them (BANT qualification). Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, ensuring that terms are in line with company objectives and financial targets. Lead the deal all the way to winning it
  • Contribute to our team’s quarterly and annual upsell goals
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and customer feedback to management.
  • Attend events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and build networks.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of selling software and/or services to Mid-Market accounts in the manufacturing or automotive industry
  • Previous experience in working with supply chain and procurement departments
  • Proven success using solution selling methodologies
  • Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written & verbal communication skills
  • Professional, results-driven attitude
  • Native in German, fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Be willing to travel as required
  • Valid work permit for Austria

Bonus points for

  • Genuine interest in AI, risk prediction and supply chains
  • Experience in start-ups / scale-ups

  • Competitive Compensation and Benefits: We recognize and reward talent. In line with Austrian law, we are required to state the minimum salary as per the collective agreement, The minimum OTE (on-target-earning), which is the projected salary (base + bonus), for this role is EUR 60.000 gross a year. The actual compensation package is based on your qualifications and experience and can be higher.
