* As Project Specialist - Intralogistics, you will be responsible for coordination tasks and scheduling in projects for the introduction of intralogistics technology in the warehouses of ALDI stores worldwide * Your task includes the independent assumption of coordination tasks and preparation of results in projects on the subject of international logistics and process design (e.g. network design or sea freight) * You will be involved in the further development of project management in cross-team projects * You coordinate and administer digital collaboration platforms and their further development within the framework of Office 365 products * You will be responsible for researching information and creating presentations, minutes and documents, primarily in English * You coordinate and organise appointments and workshops and complete administrative tasks independently
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
* As Project Specialist - Intralogistics, you have completed a commercial education at A-level or a degree with a focus on business administration (e.g. logistics/supply chain management) * Initial professional experience (e.g. project management or supply chain management) is an advantage * You are interested in and enthusiastic about food retail and international logistics * You enjoy working in international teams * You are characterised by a motivated personality with strong communication and teamwork skills * You feel confident in using MS Office * If you have good knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Project, this is an advantage * Your English skills are good
