Come on board! www.nvl.de WHAT WE OFFER YOU For our Lemwerder location, we are looking for the next possible date for a Team Leader (m/f/d) IT Demand Management Your position in our crew We are looking for an experienced leader to strengthen the strategic link between our IT and the specialist departments/shipyard locations as Team Leader (m/f/d) IT Demand Management with a focus on IT Business Relationship Management. In this newly created group, the focus is on an intensive exchange with the business units in order to identify IT requirements at an early stage and develop innovative solutions. You will build a dedicated team, coordinate IT requirements and ensure close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This includes the following key areas: Bridge builder & strategic partner: you actively shape the interface between the IT shared service organization and the internal departments and support the business units in strategically developing IT-supported processes. Proactive consulting & business enablement: You know the service & portfolio of the IT organization, identify optimization potential in the IT-supported processes and propose innovative solutions to promote the business success of your customers. You are also prepared to support your customers nationally and internationally on site. Sales-oriented requirements management: In close cooperation with the IT Demand Management and IT Project Management groups, you will ensure that IT change requests are prioritized in a customer-oriented manner, implemented efficiently and managed sustainably. Central interface & communication expert: you act as a trustworthy IT contact for the business units and ensure clear, targeted communication and implementation of requirements. Needs assessment & solution development: you analyze the business requirements of your customers and work with your team to develop tailor-made IT solutions to increase the efficiency of business processes. Innovation & change management: you identify new technologies and trends, drive digital innovations and actively shape change processes for a future-oriented IT landscape. Escalation management: You are the first point of escalation for IT-related issues and ensure quick, pragmatic solutions. Team leadership & service orientation: You build up a dedicated team of IT Demand Managers, promote their development and ensure excellent service quality. What you have in your luggage Degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification Several years of experience in IT sales, IT demand or project management with a strong focus on customer orientation In-depth understanding of IT-supported business processes and their requirements Proven leadership experience and strong communication skills to inspire customers and team members Strong service orientation and enjoy developing solutions that inspire customers Business fluent in German and English At the NVL Group, we rely on a storm-tested crew in which everyone can rely on everyone else.
