Your Team

The team CVM, Loyalty and Marketing Automation is dedicated to grow customer value and loyalty and to transform our customer engagement into a personalized and data driven approach.

* Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase customer value and retention
* Monitor and analyze KPIs on value and retention in order to derive and prioritise the most effecitve initiatives
* Foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer value management and retention
* Do you have several years of professional experience in value management and retention (preferably in the telecommunications industry or a similar sector)?
* Are you an expert in data analysis and do you love to present your results to different relevant stakeholders?
