Your Team

In the Value Management & Analytics team, we used data-driven insights, personalized campaigns and strategic pricing to continuously increase the lifetime value of our existing B2C customers - strengthening customer loyalty, reducing churn and driving Magenta's growth.

* Analyze churn risks and identify at-risk customer segments early to develop targeted retention strategies
* Develop and implement retention initiatives that build long-term customer loyalty - from personalized offers to proactive service improvements
* Measure the success of your initiatives, create insightful reports, and derive data-driven optimizations
* Collaborate closely with Pricing and In-Life teams to design competitive offers that enhance customer loyalty
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of customer retention strategies
* You have several years of professional experience in value management and retention (preferably in the telecommunications industry or a similar sector)?
* You are an expert in data analysis and do you love to present your results to different relevant stakeholders?
