HR Global Mobility Specialist (f/m/d)

How You"ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

* As a Global Mobility Specialist you'll manage end-to-end processes for international assignments, ensuring that all assignees of the ALDI SÜD HOLDING have a great experience
* You'll provide support and guidance to employees and their families throughout the relocation process, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth transition
* You'll coordinate the immigration processes with the external providers, ensuring timely and accurate visa applications, work permits, and compliance with local laws
* Ensuring the correct data entry in the internal mobility tool, maintaining their completeness and accuracy are part of your responsibilities
* You'll collaborate with external vendors to provide relocation and compliance services
* You'll monitor and control mobility-related payments and expenses, supporting the Payroll team
* Additionally, you'll work on a wide variety of projects, both domestic and international and provide global mobility guidance

Your Profile

The requirements for this position:

* You have completed your studies with a business orientation, administration or similar
* You have professional experience in the field of global mobility
* A service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills are your strong points
* You possess very good English skills
* Structured, solution-oriented and independent describe you way of working
* Knowledge of Austrian immigration/social security/tax law/double taxation agreements is a plus

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from EUR 54.300,- *
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
