What You Can Expect:

Strategic Support:

  • Be the CEO’s Right Hand: Support the CEO in planning, directing, and managing day-to-day business activities.

  • Shape the Future: Track and analyze strategic initiatives, financial performance, and market trends to provide actionable insights.

  • Own High-Impact Projects: Lead milestone management across major projects, ensuring seamless execution.

  • Drive Efficiency: Implement and optimize internal processes on behalf of the CEO.

  • Prepare for Success: Coordinate agendas, briefings, and key materials for executive meetings and events.

  • Be a Key Player in Decision-Making: Attend high-priority internal and external meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-ups are executed.

  • Lead with Accountability: Monitor delegated tasks and ensure timely completion with excellence.

  • Connect with Leaders: Engage with senior stakeholders to identify emerging challenges and advise the CEO on key priorities.

  • Build and Strengthen Relationships: Support the CEO in maintaining and developing key business connections.

  • Take on Exciting Challenges: Be ready for diverse tasks and projects that will stretch your skills and accelerate your growth.

Administrative and Executive Support:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient time management.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings with senior leadership and external partners.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive business information with the utmost discretion.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide timely updates on the progress of strategic initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • 2+ years of experience in a Forwarding or Finance role. Strategic or project management experience is a plus.

  • Strategic mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze business/finance data and make recommendations.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.

  • Tech-Savvy, proficiency in business tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems) and a willingness to learn new technologies.
