  Product Strategy & Roadmap:
  
  • Develop and implement a clear product strategy for broadband internet solutions & hardware.
  • Define smart KPIs and oversee the product lifecycle & customer journey.
  • Take ownership of the broadband product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on cost-benefit analysis and market needs.

  Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  
  • Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional virtual team.
  • Work closely with experts from engineering, marketing/product management, service, sales, process management, and customer experience.
• 
  
  Market & Customer Insights:
  
  • Continuously monitor market trends, customer feedback, incidents, and technological developments.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify the product portfolio and enhance the customer experience.
• 
  
  Project Implementation & Execution:
  
  • Act as the functional Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for broadband-related technical projects.
  • Lead projects from analysis and implementation to go-live and continuous adaptation in daily operations.

• Experienced Agile Product Owner with a strong understanding of international broadband internet landscapes and products.
• Ideally, hold Product Owner/Scrum Master certifications and leadership training.
• Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills, including with top management.
• Passionate about driving digitalization in Austria using the latest technological advancement
• Fluent German and English skills
