Your mission

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients’ success and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Key Customer Focus: Engage with some of the world’s leading companies across various industries.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain close relationships with clients through regular calls, meetings, and participation in events.
  • Success Assurance: Ensure technical, user, and business success for our clients through frequent touch points.
  • Account Planning: Develop and maintain account plans in close collaboration with our account teams.
  • Renewal Strategies: Devise effective renewal strategies and see them through with our Account Executives.
  • Product Adoption: Keep clients informed about new products and features that will benefit them. Transparently share information on their use cases within our organization.
  • Voice of the Customer: Work closely with the Product Team to address customer needs, ensuring maximum retention and growth rates.
  • Project Management: Act as the project manager during the customer lifecycle, overseeing effective onboarding, implementation, testing/PoC, roll-out, and expansion phases.
  • Growth Potential: Opportunity for career growth into a leadership role within the Customer Success Team.
Your profile

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or consultative role within an Enterprise software company.
  • Strong technological and IT understanding.
  • A structured approach with excellent reporting skills and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
  • Skilled at managing multiple client relationships with a strong focus on reliability.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for expanding your comfort zone.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German skills; additional languages are a plus.

  • Compensation: For this position, the monthly base salary we offer ranges between € 3.300,-/gross and € 3.800,-/gross. The salary is paid out 14x per year, including an all-in contract based on 38,5 hours/week. On top of your base salary we also add a bonus for this role. Your final salary will be in line with your qualifications and experience!
