As Head of Brand Management, you will lead the development and execution of our global brand strategy, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence across all markets and customer touchpoints. You’ll be the driving force behind building brand awareness, crafting compelling narratives, and collaborating cross-functionally to shape a cohesive brand experience. Your Mission

  • You define and implement a global brand strategy that aligns with our company’s vision and business objectives
  • You refine woom’s brand positioning and establish clear, consistent storytelling that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the brand in the markets
  • You create digital-first full funnel marketing strategies that build brand awareness and drive sales, as well as loyalty through personalized messaging and CRM
  • You develop 360° marketing campaigns for global product launches, from digital and social media channels, to in-store activations, to PR and events
  • You ensure continuous improvement of the end-to-end omnichannel brand experience, online and offline, so that every customer interaction reinforces brand desirability
  • You track brand performance metrics, campaign analytics and customer data deriving actionable insights to drive efficiencies and brand growth
  • You partner in cross functional collaboration with global creative, product management & commercialization as well as regional marketing and sales teams to drive strategic alignment and brand consistency
  • You lead a part of our global brand team


Your skills

  • Extensive professional experience in brand management, and brand strategy with a proven track record of success in building global brands
  • Several years of experience in leading and developing teams
  • Completed degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of brand building principles, marketing strategy, digital marketing, storytelling and CRM
  • Experience in the consumer goods industry, ideally with a focus on children's or sports products, is a plus
  • Team player - ability to build cross-functional relationships
  • Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision making and digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Passion for the woom vision and growing a love brand with innovative solutions

Our sustainable and lightweight bikes have won awards and created a loyal customer base all over the world! We are an international, multicultural team with more than 15 nationalities. With over 170 employees it can be difficult to maintain the startup atmosphere, so we place a lot of emphasis on a friendly working atmosphere and extensive onboarding.

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 5.000,- on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
