• Management of group internal restructuring projects
• Participation in international real estate M&A transactions
• Collaboration with tax auditors in tax audit procedures
• Review of tax returns and cooperation with external tax consultants
• Support of consolidation department for tax positions in the IFRS consolidated financial statements
• Answering of tax related internal queries as well as review of tax clauses in contracts
• Guidance for in-house tax and accounting colleagues

• Business or law studies with focus on tax law/auditing
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a tax law firm/accounting firm/tax department of a group
• Completed tax consultant examination
• Profound knowledge of national and international tax law and accounting regulations
• Excellent knowledge of English and German
• Well-versed with MS-Office (especially Excel)
• Independent and assertive team player with professional appearance
