The position Join our dynamic regional office as an RWE (real-world evidence) Manager and lead generation of impactful real-world evidence in CRM (Cardio Renal Metabolic) in Central and Eastern Europe to shape healthcare decisions as of May 2025. Collaborate with a passionate cross-functional team in Vienna and with teams in countries of Central and Eastern Europe to drive innovative research and deliver actionable insights. Tasks & responsibilities Develop strategic RWE plan in collaboration with Medical Affairs Manager and Healthcare Affairs Manager in matrix structure Co-create research projects with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders Manage real world data collection and evidence generation activities from project concept to its completion and publication of the results Oversee RWE plans and projects of local teams in countries of Central and Eastern Europe Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards Requirements Degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field Experience in managing RWE projects; Experience in Pharma industry (Medical Affairs or in Clinical Research) is an advantage Strong analytical and statistical skills Strategic thinking, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities Protocol writing, understanding of different types of data sources, methodologies, and relevant software Your Benefits Flexible working time models/home office depending on the position Additional off-days (bridge-days) for more leisure time Staff restaurant with a variety of lunch options for your daily well-being Position specific training opportunities for your personal and professional growth Comprehensive health promotion, sustaining your health in the best possible way The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 85.000,00 gross annual salary (full time).
