Job DescriptionAPPLICATION MANAGEMENT
As Community Manager for our intranet, you will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content that tells compelling stories to keep our audience interested and ensure consistent messaging. In doing so, you will develop a clear and intuitive information structure for IT-related content on our intranet and ensure accessibility and usability. You will also oversee the analysis and reporting of intranet metrics and turn user data into insights for strategic improvements. In addition to activities in the intranet environment, you will also have the exciting task of further developing our design system for in-house applications in your role as Product Owner.
PARTNER & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
In this role, you will maintain a synergistic partnership with the design team to ensure cohesive visual and user experience strategies across all digital platforms. You will manage internal resources and third party vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of projects. You will also provide technical advice and guidance to colleagues on the implementation and utilisation of the design system for optimal application development.
SERVICE & SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITY
You will be responsible for the maintenance and management of services to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement in co-operation with the stakeholders involved. You will also be responsible for maintaining the service and support documentation for our own services and ensuring their accessibility and quality.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong working knowledge and/or easy adoption of Microsoft Office tools especially Sharepoint Online or any other Content Management System
Working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector is beneficial
Solid technical background, with an understanding of software development and web technologies
Profound client-facing and internal written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
Additional InformationDue to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
