About the Role
Generative AI models are improving very quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills. The QA role involves evaluating complex question-answer pairs written by our domain experts and create scoring criteria (rubrics) to evaluate and grade the quality of responses. This role includes the following responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Refinement: Create and refine content to ensure accuracy and relevance across a variety of topics in Neuroscience, while also developing references and examples of tasks.
- Experts Acquisition: Conduct interviews and assess the qualification tests of expert candidates, ensuring their competency.
- Chat Moderation: Provide support by addressing project-related questions from other experts in Discord chats, especially those related to project guidelines or your domain expertise.
- Auditing Work: Review and evaluate tasks completed by other experts, ensuring they align with project guidelines. Provide constructive feedback, verify domain-related information, and edit content as necessary to improve quality.
Requirements
- You have a Master’s Degree or PhD in Neuroscience or a related field.
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in Cellular & Molecular Neuroscience, Systems Neuroscience, Cognitive & Behavioural Neuroscience, Developmental Neuroscience, Clinical & Medical Neuroscience, Computational & Theoretical Neuroscience, Social & Affective Neuroscience, Neuroengineering & Neurotechnology, Neurophilosophy & Theoretical Neuroscience, Neuroeducation & Applied Neuroscience..
- Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above.
- You are passionate and experienced in working with AI models.
- You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes deal with challenging, complex guidelines.
- Our freelance role is fully remote so, you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
