Project Manager (m/f/d) - Dresden area, Eastern Germany

Your Role:

• Assume overall responsibility for managing planning and implementation projects tailored for biotechnological, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or akin facilities and structures.
  
• Forge and oversee the project team throughout the planning and execution phases, fostering cohesion and efficiency.
  
• Act as the linchpin in coordinating with external planning partners and suppliers, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
  
• Provide instrumental support in acquisition endeavors, from initial activities to the preparation of compelling offers.
  
• Participate actively in negotiations with suppliers and executing companies, leveraging your expertise to drive favorable outcomes.
  
• Spearhead the planning and oversight of various aspects including Process, Automation, HVAC, Construction, and 3D Planning, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
  
• Exercise diligent scheduling and meticulous project controlling measures to optimize project outcomes and ensure alignment with objectives.
  

• Completed studies in the field of process engineering, bioengineering, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, industrial engineering, civil engineering, architecture, supply engineering or clean room technology.
  
• Experience in CAPEX projects (i.a. refurbishments / brownfield / greenfield projects)
  
• At least three years of professional experience in the planning and execution of investment projects in a process engineering or pharmaceutical/biotechnological environment or pharmaceutical/biotechnological plant construction
  
• Fluent German (both written and spoken)
