As our Property Manager DACH, you will join our team during an exciting phase of growth and expansion in the DACH market. Your role will be crucial to ensuring the seamless operation and strategic management of our property portfolio. You will lead efforts to optimise property performance, deliver superior owner experiences, and drive operational efficiencies while fostering a high-performing team.

You will have an impact on:

• Strategic Property Operations: Ensure top-tier property management standards, optimizing processes for efficiency and quality.

• Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of up to 10 direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Cost Management: Forecast expenses, review, analyse and optimise operating costs while ensuring excellent service levels.

• Stakeholder and owner management: You will act as a liaison between guests, vendors, property owners and stakeholders, ensuring strong relationships.

• Project oversight: You will manage property improvement projects, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure the timely execution of property maintenance schedules within budget constraints.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Ops, Revenue, Acquisition, Agency, Product, and External Partners to drive business success.

What you will add to our Crew:

• You’re a fluent/native German speaker (C2) with strong leadership skills and preferably a background in property management, real estate operations or facilities management.

• Strong background in financial reporting, contract negotiations, and process improvement.

• Proven property management experience with a strong track record.

• A proactive, diligent, and communicative team player who thrives in an autonomous role.

• Experience in AI tools, operational platforms, and escalation management.

• A proactive problem-solver with strong negotiation skills.
