We are looking for a motivated and experienced IAM Service Owner to manage and develop these platforms matching our high quality and security standards. You will collaborate with experienced architects, service and product owners, who share a passion for shaping the future of Identity & Access Management at Red Bull. In partnership with our stakeholders, you will further develop our IAM landscape, ensure stable service operations, and create technical concepts to expand our service offerings.
Job DescriptionSERVICE OWNERSHIP
You will act as the service owner, overseeing and managing support and operations for one ore more services in our Active Directory and Entra ID solution architecture. You will have full responsibility for configuration and monitoring of the tenant. Together with our vendors, you ensure smooth operation and support, and you will develop and implement new concepts and projects with our stakeholders.
STAKEHOLDER AND VENDOR MANAGEMENT
You will ensure transparency regarding the roadmap and initiatives within your area, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the infrastructure department and other IT areas.
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
In your area of responsibility, you will take full budget ownership for consulting, operational services as well as projects. You will plan and be responsible for both the budget and external resources, and you ensure compliance with our financial and controlling guidelines at all times.
QualificationsUniversity degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience as IT Service Owner or similar role in Identity & Access Management
Experience in project and service management
Familiarity with B2E/B2B IAM technologies and processes
Strong problem-solving abilities and can explain complex technical concepts clearly
Highly customer-oriented and result-driven approach
Capability of collaborating in interdisciplinary teams
Additional InformationDue to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,471 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
