YOUR MISSION

• Management of our plant in Kroellendorf incl. management of approximately 100 employees in the areas of production and technical service
• Ensuring an efficient organizational structure and optimal production processes to produce fruit juice concentrates, compounds and flavors
• Preparing the annual budgets for production, personnel, investments and maintenance
• Implementation of projects for production, product, and quality optimization as well as in energy and environmental management
• Responsibility for accompanying internal and external audits in the production area

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Completed master craftsman training, higher technical college or studies preferably in the fields of technology, food science

• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in the production-related, technical area

• High level of empathy and strong communication skills

• Assertiveness, ability to work under pressure and stress resistance

• Business management knowledge & affinity for numbers

• Knowledge of commercial law

• Experience in process & project management

• Business fluent German and good English skills
