The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:

Sous Chef

Your tasks:

• You support your colleagues in their daily shifts with a professional, friendly and courteous guest service
• Ordering and quality control of goods and maintenance of kitchen appliances
• You fulfill your field of activity with operational and administrative tasks as well as all employee concerns
• Regular staffing and planning in accordance with productivity guidelines
• Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas and equipment

Your Competencies:

• A successfully completed apprenticeship as a chef in the upscale gastronomy/hospitality
• Creativity and love for the product
• resilience, teamwork and flexibility
• attention to detail
• open and professional appearance

• Leadership experience of at least 5 years in the culinary field required
• Familiar with interpersonal situations and conflict management
• responsible and trustworthy
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to work as part of a team
• You can focus on the needs of your guests without any problems, while remaining polite and calm at all times
• Very good computer skills (MS Office)
