Brand Lead Hematology (m/f/d)
Within the Oncology therapeutic area and its in-line and launch brands, the commercial manager's main responsibility is to plan, develop and execute strategic and cross-functionally aligned omnichannel brand marketing tactics and programs for the Hematology area to ensure Oncology TA meets and exceeds its strategic business goals and financial objectives.
You can look forward to:
- Lead and execute the entire spectrum of omnichannel marketing activities with a strong focus on digital capabilities and materials
- Support launch planning and execution
- Responsible for brand performance, supply, and marketing spend in the assigned product portfolio
- Execution of global brand strategies and localized tactics
- Planning and managing the customer-focused omnichannel journey
- Define customer facing activities in close collaboration with commercial customer facing colleagues in alignment with customer needs
- Develop short-, medium- and long-term supply and sales forecasts for the assigned products
- Perform market and competitor analysis
- Cross-functional collaboration at local and global level
- Support of training of commercial customer facing colleagues
- Participate in relevant national/international conferences and boards
You offer:
- University degree in Science, Health Sciences or Business/Economics
- 2-3 years experience in pharmaceutical industry (Oncology experience considered a plus)
- Strong scientific background (preferably in the field of hematology) and/or marketing experience
- Good Financial/Business/Forecasting analytics skills
- Ability to manage complexity (across brand, functions, cultures) and lead without authority in a highly matrixed working environment
- Strong experience in collaboration with the sales force is beneficial
- Excellent commercial skills and digital mindset
- Excellent project management skills, time management and organizational skills
- Teamwork, Flexibility, and Resilience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Fluent in German and English

The salary depends on your educational background and expertise as well as your previous experiences but will at least amount to € 64.500 gross p.a. on a fulltime base.
