F&B Host / Hostess – Atmosphere Rooftop Bar

• Start April 2025
• working hours: starting at 03:00pm

• Top Rooftop Bar Vienna, the place one comes to feel the fresh lifestyle of Vienna. Relaxed, elegant meeting place on the highest level

Your tasks:

• Taking and processing reservations for our Atmosphere Rooftop Bar in close contact with our F&B Coordinator
• Providing a Warm Welcome and Fond Farewell to our guests visiting our Atmosphere Rooftop Bar
• Placement of guests and presentation of our menu
• Accepting and processing special guest requests
• Preparing the table plan
• Guest relations and handling of guest complaints
• Active participation in service and sales
• Responsibility for the professional preparation of the service stations

Your Competencies:

• Absolute service orientation
• High operational readiness and resilience
• A friendly, well-kept and professional appearance
• very reliable knowledge of German and English, any additional language advantageous
