We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Brand Lead to join Norgine.
The person holding this position will report to the Growth Brands Lead and be a member of the Growth Brands team.
The core responsibility of the Junior Brand Lead is to support the Head of Commercial and Marketing Managers in planning, coordinating, and managing marketing projects, budgets, invoices, reports, and communications with internal and external agencies. This will be a permanent role.

Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Supporting the Head of Commercial and Marketing Managers in the planning, implementation and control of marketing projects, both in print and digital.
- Management and coordination of several projects in parallel, including internal and external interfaces.
- Organisation and coordination of appointments, meetings and events.
- Support in obtaining quotes, coordination and monitoring of invoices and payment processes.
- Close cooperation with design, sales and external agencies.
- Creation, maintenance and updating of marketing materials, reports and statistics.
- Monitoring of the marketing budget and maintenance of the Finance tracker in cross-functional cooperation.
- Coordination and communication with internal teams and external service providers.
- Support with social media activities and content creation, as well as implementation.
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in health or health care business administration, life sciences or a related field.
- Initial practical experience in brand management, marketing or project management is an advantage
- Has an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform several tasks at the same time and to keep track of things
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Confident handling of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Very good German and English writing and speaking skills
