Your Team
In the Innovation team, we improve and optimize call center solutions. We implement new technologies like AI automation, digital self-service tools, and modern communication platforms to enhance the customer experience.
As the Product Owner you will be accountable for all product-relevant topics regarding the Contact Center Platform (Genesys Cloud CX and potential future tools like Sprinklr) used at Magenta Austria and drive its continuous improvement and development.
- Build and lead a high-performance, cross-functional team of experts from Service, IT, Salesforce, and B2B Service.
- Develop and optimize the Contact Center Platform (e.g., Genesys Cloud CX, Sprinklr) to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and technological advancements to implement innovative improvements like AI-powered agent assist.
- Own and prioritize the Contact Center Platform backlog, ensuring transparency, up-to-date content, and smooth execution of initiatives and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Drive the evaluation, introduction, and integration of new platforms while collaborating with key teams to ensure seamless transitions and business value.
- You are familiar with Call Center Tools (e.g. Genesys, Sprinklr) and already have experience in product management, are familiar with product vision, agile roadmaps, KPIs, monitoring & product lifecycle management?
- You are well-versed in agile and lean methods such as Scrum, Kanban or XP and have experience in prioritizing and managing backlogs for successful product development?
- You are a team player, think customer & service oriented and speak fluent English and German?
