Your challenge
* Define and conceptualize change requests in coordination with various business stakeholders. * Implement change requests in SAP SuccessFactors in close collaboration with IT, business, and external providers. * Provide technical in-house consulting for SAP SuccessFactors. * Monitor and plan the internal release cycle as well as SAP releases. * Provide global 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP SuccessFactors. * Provide global 2nd and 3rd level support for the HR interface landscape, with a particular focus on payroll interfaces. * Implement new interfaces for SAP SuccessFactors.
