Your challenge

* Define and conceptualize change requests in coordination with various business stakeholders.
* Implement change requests in SAP SuccessFactors in close collaboration with IT, business, and external providers.
* Provide technical in-house consulting for SAP SuccessFactors.
* Monitor and plan the internal release cycle as well as SAP releases.
* Provide global 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP SuccessFactors.
* Provide global 2nd and 3rd level support for the HR interface landscape, with a particular focus on payroll interfaces.
* Implement new interfaces for SAP SuccessFactors.

Your Profile

* Several years of relevant professional experience in SAP integration and technology consulting.
* Excellent knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite.
* Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
* Experience in implementing payroll interfaces.
* Good overview of the SAP Business Technology Platform.
* Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills (fluent in both German and English).
* Commitment and ability to advise internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience in project management and lateral leadership on a global level.

The annual gross salary starts around 55.000 EUR. The actual amount depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
