Job Description
  • Financial Reporting & Closing: Execute the monthly and annual closing processes for both financial and non-financial reporting with precision and efficiency.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate in the preparation of forecasts and budgets, aligning them with the company's strategic business objectives.
  • Compliance & Control: Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, company policies, and external financial regulations.
  • Automation & Digitalization: Actively participate in the implementation of automation tools and digital solutions to streamline financial workflows.
  • Cost Center Controlling: Conductthoroughcostcentercontrollingfor Division Management,ensuringaccurateallocationandvigilantmonitoringoffinancialresources
  • Project Participation: Participate in interdisciplinary projects to improve financial reporting and processes.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling within an industrial company, ideally in a divisional structure.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting, cost accounting, and financial planning.
  • Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP FI/CO) and BI tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with analytical tools.
  • Fluency in English, German highly beneficial
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented work ethic.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.

The starting annual gross salary for this position is 65,000 EUR. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to significantly exceed this amount.
