- Financial Reporting & Closing: Execute the monthly and annual closing processes for both financial and non-financial reporting with precision and efficiency.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate in the preparation of forecasts and budgets, aligning them with the company's strategic business objectives.
- Compliance & Control: Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, company policies, and external financial regulations.
- Automation & Digitalization: Actively participate in the implementation of automation tools and digital solutions to streamline financial workflows.
- Cost Center Controlling: Conductthoroughcostcentercontrollingfor Division Management,ensuringaccurateallocationandvigilantmonitoringoffinancialresources
- Project Participation: Participate in interdisciplinary projects to improve financial reporting and processes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or Accounting.
- Several years of professional experience in controlling within an industrial company, ideally in a divisional structure.
- Solid knowledge of accounting, cost accounting, and financial planning.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP FI/CO) and BI tools.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with analytical tools.
- Fluency in English, German highly beneficial
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
