Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical support and training to clients on diagnostic products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address customer needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technical support or field application role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within Austria and occasionally internationally.
• Fluent In English as well as French and/or German. Italian is a bonus
• Valid drivers Licence
