Supervision and control of the respective warehouse operations as well as solely responsible and independent management of the entire shift. Responsible for the efficient planning and execution of all goods transactions in the warehouse for the smooth supply of parts and accessories to our customer.

The Service Parts Supply Chain Group operates 18 central distribution warehouses throughout Europe. Using a hub & spoke distribution method, they ship thousands of components and accessories every day to over 3300 retailers throughout Europe and affiliates across the globe.

Toyota Parts Centre Austria ensures availability and delivery of parts and accessories for TOYOTA and LEXUS vehicles in Austria.

Your responsibilities

• Planning and daily coordination of your employees and equipment in your area of responsibility. Ensuring all workflows in the areas of goods receipt, goods issue as well as inventory and stock transfer actions
• Timely and proper execution of all physical and system-side processes including elimination of systemic or process-related disruptive factors
• Ensuring quality and productivity targets
• Constant review of existing workflows and implementation of the identified optimization potential, taking into account Kaizen planning
• Elimination of systemic or process-related disruptive factors
• Day-related coordination and coordination of processes between the warehouse and the forwarding service provider
• Responsible for the management of subordinates in line with the Toyota management principles
• In cooperation with Human Resources, coordination and implementation of personnel measures (e.g. promotion, assessment)
• Responsible for the creation and evaluation of all relevant information (status information, regular target/actual comparisons, daily reports) un your area of responsibility.
• Monitoring, compliance and improvement of safety regulations according to UVV as well as Toyota's internal Health & Safety regulations
• Responsible for order and cleanliness in your area of responsibility (5S)
• Advisory function of the management in case of problems that arise, as well as mediation between team leaders and colleagues

Ihr Team und Ihre Verantwortung

Toyota Parts Centre Austria stellt die Verfügbarkeit und Lieferung von Teilen und Zubehör für TOYOTA- und LEXUS-Fahrzeuge in Österreich sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Planung und Koordination des täglichen Mitarbeiter- und Geräteeinsatzes in ihrem Zuständigkeitsbereich. Sicherstellung aller Arbeitsabläufe in den Bereichen Wareneingang, Warenausgang sowie Inventur- und Bestandsübertragungsaktionen
• Fristgerechte Durchführung aller physischen und systemseitigen Prozesse sowie Beseitigung systemischer oder prozessbezogener Störfaktoren
• Sicherstellung der Qualitäts- und Produktivitätsziele
• Ständige Überprüfung bestehender Arbeitsabläufe und Umsetzung der identifizierten Optimierungspotenziale unter Berücksichtigung der Kaizen-Planung
• Tagesbezogene Koordination und Abstimmung der Prozesse zwischen dem Lager und dem Spediteur
• Personalverantwortung für die Spätschichtgruppe und Personalführung gemäß der bei Toyota geltenden Führungskultur
• Koordination und Umsetzung personeller Maßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Personalabteilung (z.B. Förderung, Beurteilung)
• Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Auswertung aller notwendigen Informationen (Statusinformationen, regelmäßige Soll-/Ist-Vergleiche, Tagesberichte) aus Ihrem Zuständigkeitsbereich
• Überwachung, Einhaltung und Verbesserung der Sicherheitsvorschriften gemäß UVV sowie der internen Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften von Toyota
• Verantwortung für Ordnung und Sauberkeit in Ihrem Zuständigkeitsbereich (5S)
• Beratende Funktion der Geschäftsleitung bei auftretenden Problemen sowie Vermittlung zwischen Teamleitern und Kollegen

• German mother tongue level and a very good knowledge of the English language, written as well as spoken.
• You are a team leader or supervisor
• You have experience in logistics or production and a good understanding of workflows and process optimizations
• You have excellent communication skills and can lead meetings, presentations, briefings, and one-on-one meetings
• You are very good at dealing with challenging situations and have good and positive motivational skills
• You have an empathetic leadership style
