paper republic is one of the world’s fastest growing brand of premium notebooks and leather accessories. We design, produce and ship our notebooks directly to 300.000 customers worldwide through our own ecommerce website.

With over 180K followers on Instagram and 34K on TikTok, paper republic has become a leading brand for stationery lovers on social media.

We are a dynamic international team of 60 people with more than 20 nationalities who like to develop and implement ideas together. Based in the heart of the 9th district in Vienna, paper republic HQ spread over 1000sqm, bringing together production, warehouse, office and shop, making it a unique, fun and beautiful place to work.

We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator to take our Instagram and YouTube content to the next level. Reporting to our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for conceptualising, filming, and editing engaging content that resonates with our community of stationery lovers, journal enthusiasts, and craftsmanship admirers.

Your focus will be on creating high-quality & engaging video and imagery for Instagram (including Reels, feed posts, and Stories) and YouTube. You will also be part of the broader marketing team, contributing creative ideas for campaigns and brand storytelling.

This role is perfect for someone who is confident on camera, full of creative ideas, and passionate about visual storytelling and brand-building.

• Own the Instagram and YouTube content creation process from start to finish—brainstorming, scripting, filming, and editing.
• Create high-quality video content including Instagram Reels, engaging Stories, and YouTube videos that reflect our brand’s craftsmanship and storytelling.
• Confidently appear on camera to connect with our audience, bringing a personal and engaging touch to our content.
• Develop and execute creative content ideas that resonates with journal lovers, creatives, and stationery enthusiasts.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and broader marketing team to align content with campaigns and product launches.
• Proactively contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives, ensuring social media is seamlessly integrated into the wider brand strategy.
• Stay on top of trends and innovations in the world of social media to keep our content fresh and engaging.
• Ensure that all content aligns with the paper republic aesthetic, celebrating leather craftsmanship, storytelling, and the beauty of writing.

• You have experience in social media content creation, particularly for Instagram and YouTube.
• You are confident on camera and enjoy engaging with an audience.
• You have a strong visual storytelling ability, capturing emotions and narratives through video and imagery.
• You are proficient in filming and video editing (experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Rush, Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut is a plus).
• You have an eye for aesthetics, ensuring that content aligns with our premium brand image.
• You love journaling, stationery, and craftsmanship, and can authentically convey that passion through content.
• You are proactive, full of creative ideas, and eager to contribute to marketing campaigns.
• You stay up to date with social media trends and best practices, particularly for Instagram and YouTube.
• You are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
