Product Owner (f/m/d) AI Automation/Chatbot

• Develop and implement the strategy for AI-powered automation solutions in customer service.
• Optimize the Magenta chatbot and implement new AI automation applications in line with key policies and market trends.
• Lead an interdisciplinary team of digital, IT, DWH and annotation experts to continuously improve AI applications
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, optimize initiatives and ensure strategic alignment
• Analyze performance data, identify new chatbot use cases and optimize across channels for web, app, voice and CRM

• You are familiar with automation applications (e.g. chatbots) and already have experience in product management, are familiar with product vision, agile roadmaps, KPIs, monitoring & product lifecycle management?
• You are well-versed in agile and lean methods such as Scrum, Kanban or XP and have experience in prioritizing and managing backlogs for successful product development?
• You are a team player, think customer & service oriented and speak fluent English and German?
